Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings described below:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry form, paying for a programme, or attending any session, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.
• You agree to be bound by these terms in respect of your use of the website and participation in any programme.

Our programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and above. While we do not exclude younger adults, the content, examples, and discussions are oriented toward the financial circumstances typically encountered later in life.

Our Programmes

Ratchani Suk offers the following financial education programmes:

Programme schedules, formats, and availability are subject to change. We will provide advance notice of any material changes affecting confirmed enrolments.

Enrolment and Confirmation

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment in full (or a confirmed deposit as agreed in writing).
• We will send a written confirmation to your provided email address once your place is secured.
• Places in each programme are limited. Enquiring about a session does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse enrolment where, in our reasonable judgement, a programme is unlikely to be well-suited to an applicant's circumstances or needs.

Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of a programme unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change for future programme sessions. A confirmed booking at a stated price will not be retrospectively increased.

Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

If we cancel a session due to circumstances within our control, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date — your preference. In cases of force majeure (see Section 10), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to engage with Ratchani Suk programmes in a respectful and constructive manner. Specifically, you agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually and inform us in advance if you are unable to attend a scheduled session.
• Treat facilitators and fellow participants with courtesy and respect throughout the programme.
• Use programme materials for personal learning only, and not reproduce, distribute, or share them without written permission.
• Not record sessions (audio or video) without our prior written consent.
• Provide accurate information when registering and notify us promptly of any changes.

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Intellectual Property

All educational content, workshop materials, templates, worksheets, and website content created by Ratchani Suk remain the intellectual property of Ratchani Suk. By enrolling in a programme, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials provided solely for your own financial education.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. This includes sharing digital files with third parties or incorporating our templates into materials for resale.

Educational Purpose Disclaimer

Ratchani Suk does not make representations about specific financial outcomes or results. Our programmes provide knowledge and frameworks; how participants apply this learning is their own responsibility.

Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Ratchani Suk's liability to any participant shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific programme in which that participant is enrolled.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of income, loss of data, or losses arising from decisions made based on programme content.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, utility failures, public health emergencies, or events of force majeure as recognised under Thai law. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable Thai or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms.
• Scrape, extract, or reproduce website content in bulk without written permission.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lampang Province, Thailand.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage participants to contact us directly at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. We take all concerns seriously and will respond within five working days.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with any written booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ratchani Suk.
• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it on a future occasion.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person without our written consent.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For confirmed enrolments, the terms in effect at the time of booking confirmation apply. We recommend checking this page periodically if you are considering a future enrolment.
